Specifications, prices, availability and condition details are published in good faith and checked before a unit is listed. They are not a substitute for inspecting the device, which you are welcome to do at the shop before you buy. Errors happen: where a listing turns out to be wrong we correct it or decline the order and refund you in full, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.

We are not Apple

Dr Mac Store is an independent reseller. We are not Apple Inc. or Apple India, and we are not an Apple Authorised Reseller or Service Provider. Apple, Mac, MacBook, iPhone, iPad and related marks belong to Apple Inc., and DJI and GoPro marks belong to their owners. We use them only to describe the products we sell. Nothing on this site should be read as a statement made by Apple or by any other manufacturer.

Condition reports and estimates

A condition report describes a device at the time we inspected it. Battery health and cycle count are readings taken then, not predictions: a battery continues to age with use. Any remaining Apple coverage we quote is the date Apple published for that serial number, and Apple, not us, decides what it will service.

Where we link out, to Apple's coverage checker or a map for instance, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Liability

Our liability for any purchase is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost data, lost profit or loss of use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, and nothing here reduces your rights under the Return & Refund Policy, the Warranty Policy or the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
