Shipping Policy

We ship India-wide from our store in Chandigarh, and you are welcome to collect in person instead.

Where we ship

Anywhere in India that our courier partners serve. If your pincode is not serviceable we will tell you before you pay and suggest an alternative, such as delivery to a nearby address. We do not ship outside India.

Charges

Shipping is quoted per order, because the cost depends on the device, its declared value and the destination. Insured shipping on high-value devices costs more than a small accessory parcel, and we would rather quote you the real number than average it into the price. You will always see the shipping charge, and confirm it, before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation. Most go out the same day if confirmed before noon.
• Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination. Metro cities are at the fast end of that range.
• We share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is picked up.

Public holidays, weather, courier delays and events outside our control can extend these timelines. We will keep you informed if that happens.

How we pack

Devices ship in their original box where one exists, inside a rigid outer carton with cushioning, sealed with tamper-evident tape. Nothing on the outside of the parcel identifies the contents as an Apple product.

On delivery

Please check the parcel before you accept it. If the outer carton is torn, crushed, wet or the tamper tape is broken, refuse the delivery and tell us immediately. If you have already accepted it, report the damage within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the device. Recording a video while you open the parcel makes any courier claim far quicker to settle. See the Return & Refund Policy for what happens next.

Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the parcel. Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel to us; if that happens, we refund the order less the shipping actually incurred, or re-ship at your cost.

Store pickup

Collection is free, and it lets you inspect the device before you pay. Bring a photo ID matching the order.
