Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of drmac.store and any purchase you make from Dr Mac Store. Using the site means you accept them.

Who we are

Dr Mac Store, SCO 48FF, Sector 20C, Chandigarh 160020, India. We are an independent reseller of Apple and other consumer technology products. We are not Apple Inc. or Apple India, and we are not an Apple Authorised Reseller or Service Provider. Apple, MacBook, iPhone, iPad and related marks belong to Apple Inc. and are used here only to describe the products we sell.

Listings and prices

• Each listing is a single physical unit that we hold in stock, not an unlimited catalogue entry. Once it sells, that listing is gone.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is quoted separately, per the Shipping Policy.
• We compare against Apple India launch MRP where we show a saving. MRP is the launch price for that configuration, not a current market price.
• We work hard to keep listings accurate, but pricing and specification errors happen. If a listing is wrong we may correct it or decline the order, and we will refund anything you have paid in full.

Condition grading

Every unit is graded honestly and, for pre-owned units, published with a condition report covering battery health, cycle count, visible marks and included accessories.

• Brand New, Sealed. Factory sealed, never opened or activated.
• Box Open, Non-Activated. Packaging opened for inspection or display, the device never activated or used.
• Pre-Owned. Previously used, fully tested, sold with a condition report. Cosmetic wear consistent with the stated grade is normal and is not a defect.

How an order is formed

Listings are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. An order exists once we have confirmed the specific unit, the final price and the shipping charge with you, and payment is received. Until then we may sell the unit to another customer.

Payment

We accept the payment methods confirmed to you at the time of the quote. Ownership of a device passes to you when we receive payment in full. Risk passes on delivery or collection.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty is provided by Apple India, or by the relevant manufacturer, and is claimed through their service network. Where a unit has remaining coverage or AppleCare+, we state the end date on the listing. Warranty on pre-owned devices is often already expired, which is why we publish a condition report instead of implying coverage we cannot give. Dr Mac does not provide its own warranty beyond the return rights in our Return & Refund Policy, and nothing here limits the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate contact and delivery details. We are not responsible for a delivery that fails because the address or phone number was wrong.
• Back up your data before handing us any device for repair, trade-in or return. We are not liable for data loss.
• Sign out of your Apple Account and disable Find My before returning or trading in a device.
• Do not misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to break into accounts, no interfering with its operation.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account being used fraudulently or abusively. You can ask us to close your account at any time, subject to records we must keep under the Privacy Policy.

Trade-ins and devices sold to us

Any quote we give for a device you want to sell is subject to physical inspection. If the device differs from your description we will requote, and you are free to decline and have it back. We only buy devices you own and that are free of finance, Activation Lock and any report of theft. Valid photo ID is required.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data or loss of use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction. Talk to us first: most disputes are settled in a single conversation, and we aim to respond to any formal complaint within 7 working days.
